Celebrating the historic moment for Germany when the Berlin Wall fell in 1989, adidas has revisited one of its classics: the adidas ZX 8000.
Recall here that this model was originally released in 1988 and it was the first adidas sneaker to feature Torsion system technology. In the following years, it was promoted by the brand to become a classic.
A sign of German reunification and representing the beauty of freedom, this edition features a sunburst effect in mint and pink tones on a soft upper designed in part from soft suede. That pink is echoed in a premium leather lining and the rubber outsole adopts a cream color to finish the design.
The adidas ZX 8000 'Ice Mint' will be available from April 1st at selected adidas retailers at a retail price of 180€.
