A new collaboration for the Jordan Air Ship with AWAKE NY, celebrating the influence of New York City on the brand's history.
The one before the one aka the Jordan Air Ship continues to present us with diverse and varied collaborations. After the SoulGoods & the Forget-me-nots editions, here's a collaboration with Angelo Baque's New York label AWAKE NY. Premium materials and well-balanced co-branding are certainly the points that stand out at first glance.
The pair features a sail-colored leather upper with a red quarter panel in Snakeskin material. A silver swoosh is superimposed on a red swoosh on the sides, adding relief. Underneath, we find a worn yellowed midsole coupled with a gum outsole.
The New York label is recognizable via its "A" logo stitched on the mudguard and the "Awake NY" inscription on the heel. The co-branding can also be found on the inner tongue label and on a special packaging that completes the design of this limited edition.
The Awake NY x Jordan Air Ship PE SP 'Sail University Red' will be available globally on April 13th 2024.
