The shoe is split down the middle with yellow for Naruto on one side and purple for Sasuke on the other. Throughout the shoe, there are details inspired by the characters' final battle, including brother-specific symbols hidden in the design on each heel and a Laser Blue Zion logo on the outsole symbolizing the energy of the Rasengan. The forefoot straps feature the Zion logo stylized on embossed plastic, reminiscent of Naruto's iconic headband.

The shoe also includes court-ready tech, such as a Zoom Air unit in the forefoot for responsive cushioning, a molded 3D tongue for a comfortable fit, and a rubber outsole with a herringbone pattern for traction on the court.
