The LEGO x Nike Dunk Low "Brave Blue" sends block-building culture into outer space with cosmic galaxy prints and brick-shaped constellations, proving the seismic partnership between two global forces delivers playful innovation for the next generation.
Design & Inspiration
Since LEGO and Nike announced their partnership in August 2024, the collaboration has delivered buildable sets and wearable sneakers, with the "Brave Blue" Dunk Low joining the growing collection as part of the "Galaxy" theme. This kids-exclusive release swaps the Dunk's typical two-tone blocking for an interstellar arrangement featuring crisp white leather underlays paired with glossy Brave Blue overlays decorated with cosmic-style graphics. LEGO-themed constellations appear throughout the galaxy print, with studs and bricks illustrated against a galactic backdrop forming Swoosh and brick shapes among the stars. The design cleverly incorporates 3×2 and 2×2 LEGO bricks stacking up alongside Swoosh hits on the overlays. A vibrant red and yellow LEGO logo marks the tongue, while co-branded LEGO x Nike logos appear at the heel and on the sockliner. A translucent icy blue outsole adds another cosmic layer, showcasing space-inspired motifs beneath the foot. The package includes a co-branded basketball keychain featuring a LEGO minifigure holding a basketball, and the shoebox transforms into a six-compartment LEGO brick storage unit—extending the play beyond the sneaker itself. This release launches alongside matching Galaxy-themed apparel and the GT Cut 3 basketball shoe.
Comfort & Performance
Built on the classic Nike Dunk Low silhouette originally designed as a basketball shoe in 1985, this LEGO edition maintains the model's proven comfort and support in a construction suitable for active kids. The leather upper provides durability for daily wear while the padded collar offers comfort around the ankle.
