The sneaker is inspired by classic 990 series elements, with a modern design and good comfort. The sneaker has a mesh and suede upper in a Mushroom/Aluminum color combination, and features Abzorb shock absorption technology.
The lateral sides feature framed silver 'N' logos, while New Balance branding hits the tongue and heel. The sneaker is secured with a translucent clip and has a full-length ABZORB midsole layered above a six-stand rubber outsole. The appreciated breathable mesh base overlaid with a number of suede panels from toe to spine, and varying shades of brown overlays across the upper. Branding and supporting accents around the heel are a simple grey, and the sneaker has a rugged sole unit with off white and speckled grey finishes.
