Design & Inspiration

Black base runs throughout upper, midsole, and outsole for a unified monochromatic build. Dark Smoke Grey subtle detailing adds depth without disrupting the stealth aesthetic. Vegas Gold accents hit branding and hardware for understated premium contrast. Large Swoosh logo on lateral sidewall flows into midsole construction. ACG branding on tongue and heel confirms outdoor-specific lineage. Exposed ZoomX foam midsole in heel morphs naturally to terrain while maintaining visual continuity with the dark upper. Vibram Litebase outsole in black integrates seamlessly into overall silhouette. Wave detailing connects upper and midsole panels for a smoother, more cohesive profile than the original Ultrafly. Dual-density ZoomX midsole delivers 85% energy return across 37mm heel / 28.5mm forefoot stack — 13 grams lighter than the original Ultrafly. Redesigned carbon fiber FlyPlate with spine split flexes naturally over roots and rocks rather than fighting the terrain. ZoomX sockliner adds a responsive layer directly underfoot. Vibram Litebase Megagrip outsole with 3mm lugs provides supreme traction on technical surfaces, wet rock, and packed dirt. Breathable mesh upper drains faster than the ripstop construction of the previous generation. 8.5mm heel-to-toe drop maintained from original. Validated across 13 rounds of testing and 30,000+ miles across 25 states and seven countries.
