For this Spring 2023, the bold silhouette gets a Starfish colorway made popular by the releases of the Air Jordan 1 High 'Shattered Backboard' 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.
In August 1985, after Jordan's season with the Chicago Bulls, Michael played an exhibition game in Trieste, Italy. Wearing an orange outfit that day, MJ broke the backboard with an incredible dunk. The Starfish colorway is directly inspired by the colors Michael wore during that game.
This edition features a white leather upper with a black granulated leather Big Logo complemented by Starfish outlines. This signature orange swoosh also extends to portions of the outsole, the inside of the air bubble and the lining.
