Nike continues to pay tribute to Kobe Bryant with an accelerating number of recent releases: Kobe 8, Kobe 9 and Kobe 4. This special edition revives the Kobe 5 Protro in a look never seen before. The pair updates the model with a blue synthetic upper featuring an X-ray graphic of a skeletal foot that glows in the dark. The upper features a mesh collar and Flywire midfoot locking system. Below, we find a Zoom Air unit for cushioning in the midsole and a glow-in-the-dark rubber outsole for changes of direction.

The Nike Kobe 5 Protro 'X-Ray' will be available later this week on October 17th.
