Design & Inspiration

Jordan Brand's relationship with Paris Saint-Germain began in 2018, making PSG the first football club to sport the Jumpman on their jerseys. The partnership built on Jordan's existing French capital connection—highlighted by the 2016 opening of Jordan Bastille flagship store and continued support of the Quai 54 World Streetball Championship. This Air Jordan 5 marks the third mid-top collaboration (following the 2018 black edition, a white friends-and-family exclusive, and the 2022 low-top), coinciding with the Air Jordan 5's 35th anniversary. The "Off Noir" colorway features premium black leather and suede construction with gridded ripstop nylon overlays across the quarter panel and toe box. PSG's Eiffel Tower monogram logo replaces the traditional transparent netting window at the midfoot, while matching logos appear subtly on the overlays and heel. The show-stopping detail hides beneath: custom insoles feature a vibrant Parc des Princes stadium crowd graphic.
