Light Blue, Off-White and Red Sean Wotherspoon x Mizuno Wave MG4 LS bringing a city-to-mountain concept to life through a mix of denim, mesh and synthetic textures in the “One Pair, Two Worlds” capsule.

Design & Inspiration

Light Blue forms the base of the upper, with denim-inspired textures adding a casual, urban character. Off-White mesh and synthetic panels bring a clean, lighter contrast across the silhouette. Red accents provide a bold pop of colour, placed to punctuate the design without overwhelming it. The mix of denim, mesh and synthetic materials creates a play of textures that makes the shoe feel hybrid, bridging streetwear and outdoor styling. Sean Wotherspoon, founder of the Round Two vintage store and creator behind the SWJP project, works with Mizuno Sportstyle to revisit the Wave MG4 LS. The concept behind the capsule is a shoe designed to move from Shibuya’s streets to the mountains without changing footwear.
