Tyler the Creator transforms Converse's bootmaking heritage into a GOLF le FLEUR statement piece with the 1908 Bronco Boot, reviving '90s outdoor DNA through premium leather and modern streetwear sensibility.
Design & Inspiration
The 1908 Bronco Boot draws from Converse's forgotten '90s Mud Chunk Boot—a sneaker-boot hybrid built for both urban streets and mountain trails. Tyler hand-selected this archival design from Converse's vault and reimagined it with his signature GOLF le FLEUR* aesthetic. The "Emperador" colorway features a full premium brown leather upper paired with Apple Cinnamon accents, complemented by a molded diamond-textured rubber toe overlay that references Converse's hunting and work boot legacy dating back to the 1920s. Round woven rope laces, metal hardware, and heavy faux welt stitching complete the rugged construction, while GOLF le FLEUR* branding appears on the tongue, lace locks, and insoles.
Comfort & Performance
Built for all-terrain wear, the Bronco Boot combines a mid-cut silhouette with padded collar and tongue for comfortable all-day use. The aggressive lugged outsole delivers serious traction on varied surfaces, while the premium leather construction ensures durability. The welted sole construction and reinforced toe cap provide protection without sacrificing the boot's sleek profile—a true hybrid between Chuck Taylor heritage and functional outdoor footwear.
