After Zion Williamson's original "Voodoo" Air Jordan 1 Low OG became a surprise standout in 2022, Jordan Brand revisits the stitched and spooky layout for Holiday 2025 with the 'Voodoo Alternate'. Designed by former Jordan Brand PE designer Kelsey Amy (who departed in July 2024), this release continues Williamson's love for New Orleans and its deep-rooted mysticism while flipping the earthy palette for cooler tones. The colorway features Regency Purple, Vapor Green, Black, Dark Raisin, Daybreak, and Light Silver distributed across a suede and burlap-like canvas upper that creates rich textural contrast. Raw-cut edges and exposed decorative stitching enhance the DIY-inspired, handcrafted aesthetic reminiscent of actual voodoo dolls. The design features an inverted mini-Swoosh at the forefoot and an upside-down Wings logo at the heel—both reinforcing the unorthodox, voodoo-inspired theme. An embroidered voodoo skull appears at the heel, while hidden "Voodoo/Zion" lettering sits beneath the fold-down Wings logo. Braided rope laces complete the rustic, mystical look.
