While we recently learned that the Hello Kitty character wasn't actually a cat but a little girl, adidas is paying tribute to her longevity with a special Gazelle Indoor edition.

The pair features a premium white leather upper embossed with the famous kitty bow. On the lateral sides at the back, we find Hello Kitty's face created with laser-cut perforations. The lace system has also been customized with small lace ribbons reminiscent of the character's emblematic ribbon. Finally, the co-branding doesn't stop there, as it can be found on the tongues, insoles and special box.

A pair that will undoubtedly delight fans of the Japanese label.

The Hello Kitty x Women's adidas Originals Gazelle Indoor '50th Anniversary' dropped online on October 1st in the US, and was delayed in Europe.
