The Thisisneverthat x New Balance 550 collab is inspired by black soles commonly used in skateboarding and hiking shoes during the '90s.

The shoe features a unique blend of lavender, brown, and green color schemes, all accentuated with stealthy touches. The South Korea-based label, Thisisneverthat, has made a noticeable modification to the traditional 550 silhouette. Instead of the usual leather and suede panels, this collaboration employs a canvas material drenched in a dark brown hue. The lace loops come with glossy brown finishes, while solid black accents adorn the laces, cracked leather 'N' logos, interior liners, and the Thisisneverthat branding embroidered into the heels. A nod to the streetwear brand can also be found on the tongue banners in a tonal design.
